Individual Counseling Services by Natascha Smith

How many sessions do people usually need?

Trauma debriefing: 1–2 sessions.
General counselling: on average 6–8 sessions (varies by person and goals).

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Counselling is available in‑person and online, so you can access support in a way that works for you.
