General counselling: on average 6–8 sessions (varies by person and goals).

Yes. Counselling is available in‑person and online, so you can access support in a way that works for you.

Yes. I am a Christian counsellor, and my husband is an ordained pastor who is also available to provide Christian counselling and marriage counselling when requested.
